1. Items Collected
• For job applications: Name, date of birth, contact information (phone number, email), address, résumé and career details, photo, etc.
• For online membership: Name, user ID, password, email, mobile phone number, address

2. Purpose of Use
• Recruitment process and talent management
• Membership registration and identity verification
• Responding to inquiries and providing company updates

3. Retention and Use Period
• Job application information: Retained for 3 years after the end of the recruitment process, then destroyed
• Membership information: Deleted immediately upon withdrawal
• If required by law, information will be retained for the statutory period
